Most organizations buy AI.
We make sure they actually
use it.

TR Edwards Consultancy exists for one reason: AI adoption that sticks. Not pilots that stall. Not tools that collect dust. Real adoption — built on change management, not just software.

We work with small businesses, nonprofits, and public sector organizations across the Southeast who are done waiting for permission to lead.

Founder Story

I've watched organizations fail at AI adoption — not because the tools were wrong, but because nobody addressed the people.

I'm Tanqueray Edwards. Strategist. Engineer. Change management specialist with 15 years inside Fortune 500 companies. I've led digital transformations at Duke Energy, JLL, and Hilton. I've sat in the rooms where decisions were made — and the ones where implementations fell apart.

"Tools don't transform organizations. People do. That's been true for 15 years. AI didn't change it."

My background isn't typical for this space — and that's exactly the point. A Civil Engineering degree teaches you systems thinking. An MPA teaches you how public organizations actually work. A Six Sigma Black Belt teaches you that process improvement without people change is just documentation. I bring all of it, every time.

I built TR Edwards Consultancy for the organizations that know AI matters — and need a partner who knows how to make it last.

Three things. Done exceptionally.

  • AI Literacy & Adoption

We don't hand you a roadmap and disappear. We build the strategy, select the tools, and stay until your team is actually using them, measurably.

  • Innovation That Moves

Not innovation theater. Transformative strategies your organization can execute because execution is where most consultants stop showing up.

  • Change That Sticks

Expert project and change management built for the organizations everyone else overlooks — nonprofits, public sector, small businesses in the Southeast doing the real work.

The credentials back it up. The results prove it.
