A Quick, Personal Intro
I recently had a great conversation with a client who runs a growing hospitality business. They felt stuck, constantly interacting with the same data sets, repetitively entering and moving data from one system to another in order to interact with potential customers and existing vendors, which was eating into their creative time. We used some simple coding and an AI solution to automate data flowing between systems, and guess what? They didn't lose the human touch—they gained it. Now, their team is able to spend the time saved on deep-dive user experience calls with prospective customers and vendors, leading to the ability to source more vendors, which increases revenue for their annual event. Vendors will have a better user experience, and the internal team is faster. This perfectly illustrates the lesson we learn again and again: Automation isn't about working less; it’s about doing more of the work that matters.
