This week, I’m celebrating a pretty big milestone: my 51st birthday! 🎉
And let me tell you, hitting 51 has me reflecting on quite the journey, especially these recent years as the Founder & CEO of TR Edwards Consultancy.
The entrepreneurial path? It's rarely the glamorous, effortless stroll you often see portrayed. It's a journey packed with profound personal growth, building serious resilience, and, yes, sometimes confronting mental health challenges like anxiety, and ADHD head-on. My own experiences have been a huge part of my self-discovery, particularly after my move to Charleston. Building new relationships and embracing change here has taught me to find joy and fulfillment in unexpected places, even when the transition itself feels tough.
Beyond my personal evolution, we've been busy evolving at TR Edwards Consultancy too! We're thrilled to announce the expansion of our services, bringing new, tailored solutions to clients in both the project management and construction management sectors.
