I just got back from a whirlwind trip to Cleveland, OH and honestly, the best part wasn't the food; it was seeing so many small business owners in action. Every conversation, however, eventually turned to the same thing: automation. We all know we should be using it to save time, but a common myth persists—that automation makes service impersonal. That is simply wrong.

Reality is, automation frees your team from tedious tasks, allowing them to focus on clients, giving more human and personalized service. You use technology to build better relationships, not replace them. That's why I'm so energized by the success of our AI & Data in the Holy City Workshop right here in Charleston last week! How to Decide What to Automate First: The RIPE Framework

If you're ready to dip your toes into automation, don't start with your most complicated task. Start with the ones that are RIPE for it. At the workshop, we introduced the RIPE framework, a simple way to figure out which tasks will give you the biggest bang for your buck by getting those repetitive chores off your team's plate.
